Are you looking to provide effective support to a finance and administrative function in a fast growing, dynamic company? Do you have a head full of ideas and want to implement them?

We are a small team in a fast growing startup, this means we all have broad responsibilities (ranging from more simple and administrative, to complex things that stretch us) our days are very varied often there is no establish process so we need to design one we’re increasingly trying to automate manual tasks, and we want people who are excited to design how to do that If you have the appropriate qualifications/experience in a similar position, this may be the role for you! We are now looking for an effective and enthusiastic person to join our small finance team to support the organisation´s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the administration and finance team in their daily tasks;
  • processing accounting documentation according to internal company procedures;
  • entering and updating information in databases and accounting systems (e.g. Optima, Hubspot);
  • automation of the process of issuing sales invoices;
  • creation and development of tools for analysis and reporting;
  • preparing reports, presentations, cyclical summaries;
  • clarification of queries related to timely payments and debt collection;
  • handling the company’s customs and tax affairs;
  • processing purchase orders for other departments of the company
  • ensuring proper circulation of accounting documents including dispatch of documentation;
  • cooperation with other departments;
  • assist in managing the company’s financial policy
Requirements:
  • min 1-year experience as a Finance and Administration Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role
  • basic knowledge of polish accounting;
  • great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
  • comfortable using own initiative and taking ownership of processes
  • high levels of integrity and trustworthiness
  • able to handle confidential information
  • highly organised and process driven
  • high level of attention to detail
  • strong team player
  • positive outlook and fun, with a good sense of humour
  • Very good command of English is a must
