Responsibilities:
– Design and construction of devices simulating changing environmental conditions: wind, temperature, humidity, pressure, precipitation
– Designing devices generating air pollution, such as: PM1, PM2.5, PM10, NO2, O3
– Designing a control and measurement environment for devices simulating environmental conditions
– Conducting measurements and tests of air quality measuring devices
– Designing housings and mounting systems for mobile air quality measuring devices
Requirements:
– Several years of experience in designing mechanics in CAD programs (Solidworks / Inventor / Fusion360)
– Experience in designing prototype and production housings
– Experience in 3D printing, milling or sheet metal bending
– Good soldering ability
– Experience in working with pressurized systems
– Great manual skills and construction of devices / prototypes / elements made of plexiglass
– Ability to create technical and production documentation
– Knowledge of electronic systems and measurement and control systems
– Ability to use laboratory measuring devices (oscilloscope, measurement cards, etc.)
– Python programming skills
