Airly is looking to hire an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager. In this role beside close collaboration with UX/UI Designer hired individual will work closely with the Software and Marketing team on current products improvement and on new solutions. 

Responsibilities:

Be part of product team and work closely with UX/UI specialist; work closely with the Development team as Product Owner

Be the one who knows the product best and what problems it resolves / for whom; propose appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance and the way user / clients are using it

Be responsible for creating and executing product strategy and roadmap and inform team clearly about it

Own and drive products and features from concept to launch; define business value for them and figure out the simplest way to test it

Keep tasks in backlog prioritized and up to date all the time; continuously reviews the business needs and refines priorities

Formulate short and long term KPIs for product teams

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience; be a customer representative in decisions processes

Keep track of competition

Work together with CCO on product pricing and positioning strategies; help create a go-to-market plan with management, marketing, and sales

Be able to get valuable information from data

 

Must have:

At least 3 years of working experience as Product Owner/Product Manager

Experience in cooperation with Software Teams and in Scrum methodology

Very good English skills
