The Sensor Widget was created for the cities around the world who want to share air quality information with their citizens. Thanks to the Sensor Widget the cities can educate residents about actual air quality by giving them hyperlocal information about pollution. Each location has its own Widget which can be implemented on any webpage.

What does Sensor Widget do?

The Sensor Widget shows what is the actual air quality at a specific street in a city. The city can show air quality data according to the appropriate index from among many: Airly AQI (based on WHO current standards) Airly CAQI, PIJP, US AQI, DAQI. The Widget has its basic and extended shape. On the extended shape, the citizens can see the air quality results for a specific location with its pollutant details (the results for pollutants according to a sensor’s specification.

On the new Airly widgets, a customer’s logo is much more visible, a design is modern and more readable, and the claims at the results inform citizens about pollution’s impact on citizens’ health. The information about impact on health concerns both groups: the general population and the sensitives.

How to use Airly widgets?

Airly client can configure a widget with the help of the Airly Customer Experience Team. While a user configuring a Widget, he can set:

  • an index
  • size settings
  • basic or extended version of a widget
